This project is the definition of a garden as an "extra room" – a space that becomes a natural extension of the living room. The turnkey delivery, under full author's supervision, allowed the vision to be transferred from paper to reality without compromise.

Main principles and solutions:

• Teak wood terrace: The focal point of the garden. The choice fell on noble teak – a material of legendary durability and resilience, which ages with remarkable class. This is where the heart of the garden beats, with a dedicated reading nook and bespoke lighting. The advantage of the terrace, beyond the top-quality wood, is its installation method as a ventilated deck on brackets and an aluminium substructure, allowing easy access if needed.
• Garden without a lawn: A conscious decision to forgo turf transformed a typical developer plot into an ascetic yet lush green enclave. The perfect solution for those who value aesthetics without the need for weekly mowing.
• Plant architecture: We used screen plantings – evergreen trees on tall stems create an intimate barrier, beneath which dense, summer-long flowering hydrangeas grow in cascades. The side borders of the garden are filled with aromatic and pollinator plants that engage the senses and attract beneficial insects.
• Detail and Light: The compositional centerpiece is a large ceramic planter with the character of an art object. After dark, the garden takes on a new face thanks to a discreet lighting system that draws out the structure of the leaves and the texture of the wood.
• Habitat analysis: The project is not left to chance – the plant structure was tailored to the path of the sun and local wind patterns, ensuring optimal plant growth and thermal comfort for the residents with minimal upkeep.
• Technology for convenience: Maximum aesthetics were combined with functionality – a simple automatic irrigation system means garden care is reduced to a minimum, and the greenery remains in excellent condition year-round.
